They’re crafted from durable natural latex using a continuous layering process and can be used for squats, stretching, pull-ups and more. The resistance bands are colour coded and available in Orange, Blue, Green, Black, Red and Yellow. They vary in not only resistance, but in width and thickness as well, making each one a highly specialised accessory for different types of training.
Resistance bands help you to exert greater control over your movements while working out, reducing your risk of injuries. As the band stretches, energy is created before being forced back into your muscles as it contracts. This trains your deceleration abilities during a huge range of exercises.
