The Rock Solid Battle Ropes are a super conditioning tool. With three length sizes available (9m / 12m / 15m), these ropes are great for increasing upper body strength and cardiovascular fitness as well as improving grip strength with their thick 38mm diameter.

When you begin to train with our Rock Solid Battle Ropes, you may find that one side of the body moves differently than the other. The key to a battle ropes' effectiveness is that they work each arm independently, eliminating strength imbalances, whilst also providing a great, dynamic cardio workout.

Rock Solid Battle Ropes offer an extremely efficient workout that will train both your strength and your endurance.

All ropes are sold separately and individually priced.
